I have decided to make some investments in property.  Can you detail the specific services you offer?

At Cornerstone, we provide a one-stop shop for all your property requirements.  We are here to guide you through the complete process from locating a suitable property, taking you through the financial and legal steps required to purchase the property, refurbishment of the property if that is required, right through to on-going maintenance of the property once it is legally yours.

I need some extra funds to purchase my desired property.  Can Cornerstone help with this?

Yes.  Cornerstone takes a very personal approach to acquiring property and we are happy to assist you with every step of the process.  This includes finding mortgages and other loans to make acquiring your property a smooth process.

I live a long way from the properties I own or wish to own.  How can I look after them?

Cornerstone has a proven track record in managing properties on behalf of landlords who cannot get to them on a regular basis.  We will make sure that the properties have tenants, if that is what is required, and deal with any routine maintenance issues than may arise.

I am travelling and wish to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel.  Do you have any properties to rent for just a week or two?
